KEEP IT GOING!!!

I wasn't able to update my blog for the previous months. I have been busy doing some stuffs at church, running some errands at home and finishing some paper works - that's what I have clouded my mind with.

But HONESTLY, what consumes my time most are the unending surfing, reading nonsense in the internet, browsing some pictures, sleeping, chatting, facebooking and so on... Yeah, I've been busy of some things written on the first paragraph but the real thing is that those were not the things which have consumed most of my time.

If I am going to compute and see where I spent most of my time with - SLEEPING will be number one on the list.

Most Christians have been acting so "BUSY" lately, with the things which are not really worth their time and effort. Forgetting the things which matters in the future. The future that will bring us to the permanent destination of our being, leaving the temporary things behind including our body which will turn back to the dust when we die.

WAKE UP Children of GOD! We are in the LAST DAYS. The fields are so white now. People are broken, left behind, wounded, crushed - they need LOVE.
They need SOMEONE to show them the LIGHT.
They need SOMEONE to guide them.
They need SOMEONE to help them see what God has in store for them.
They need SOMEONE to tell them how precious their souls are.
They need SOMEONE to remind them how JESUS died on the cross, redeeming us from our sins.
They need SOMEONE to lead them to the CHURCH - where they will be able to experience joy unspeakable, peace, love, affection, warm friendships.

The world needs YOU! And the people need you right now!!!

The signs of the last days are happening now - we need to double our actions! We need to light the fading fire! Enough for the nonsense things. Enough for focusing on the temporal matters - they might be important and needed some attention, too. But we must NEVER forget that when we die, what matters will be what we've done for CHRIST and not what we've done for our FLESH!!!

RISE UP church! The world needs you.
Continue to SHINE.
Continue to ENCOURAGE.
Continue to LOVE.
Continue to INSPIRE.
Continue to PRAY FOR THE LOST.
Continue to MINISTER.
Continue to BRING PEOPLE NEAR GOD!

KEEP IT GOING!!!

Looking back...

I went to the mall with my sister this morning. I have to make some transactions with the bank at the mall. I'm not in the mood for walking alone so I asked my sis to go with me.

On our way home, while walking under the heat of the sun, a car suddenly honked loudly at our back. I am very much disgusted with these drivers who keep on honking as if they own the street! So, I turned and looked if it was us whom this vehicle was honking at.

As I turn, I saw a man riding on a tree wheeled bicycle, cycling hardly. He was with his family. I saw the agony on his face while he tried very hard to cycle faster. The vehicle, which I latter discovered that is a van, keeps on honking at him. The van can't overtake the bicycle because there are also vehicles passing through the other side of the street.

I thought to myself that if I were only a person who doesn't have any values, I would have spoken a curse against the driver of the van. I feel so bad about him and I almost loose my temper.

We, as believers of Christ sometimes find ourselves in this kind of situation.

On our lowly lives, we ask God to hear our cries and bless us richly. Our God is a merciful God and when He saw how faithful His sons are, there is no reason for Him to close the windows of heaven for us. And when GOD blesses, it pours.

The sad thing that mostly happen to us is that when we are already blessed, we tend to forget where we came from. We easily ignore people in the church who are greatly and deeply broken. We start to think highly of ourselves for gaining such riches in this world. We fail to recognize that without God, we wouldn't be able to acquire material blessings on Earth. Sometimes, we even act as if we are the boss of the lowly people's lives.

STOP THINKING THAT WAY! Start looking back... From where you've been and on who you were before. Forget all the pains and sorrows you've experienced. But never forget how our good Lord saved you and blessed you abundantly.

Be careful... Because blessings, if not handled very well can also lead us into destruction.

There's nothing wrong about being materially blessed. Just always remember how to look back and learn to stretch your hand for those who are in need.

Journey begins here...

"The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want."-Psalms 23:1

I've learned this scripture when I was still a little girl. Since then, I have always kept it in my heart and made this very visible in my daily living. I may have not been the best child ever, through out the years, I have always tried to live my life for the LORD.

I put my complete trust in HIM and I believe that no matter what happens, even if the world turns upside down, HE will always be there for me... The only thing that I needed to have is - FAITH!

I trust in HIM!
